The Caesars Rewards Shop is live on the Caesars Palace Online Casino app. It means Caesars Entertainment’s iGaming customers can use Caesars Rewards Credits for bonus spins on eligible slot games, alongside existing options like casino bonus cash.
Members still have the option to redeem credits for dining, entertainment, and hotel stays at Caesars Entertainment properties across the country, including Las Vegas and Atlantic City. The new online option gives players another way to use their credits without leaving the house.
Caesars Palace Online Casino is currently only available in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and West Virginia. The majority of U.S. states have yet to pass iGaming legislation.
In the jurisdictions where the app is available, the Caesars Rewards enhancement reflects Caesars’ ongoing commitment to integrating its industry-leading loyalty program with its digital gaming platforms. Additionally, online gamblers now have more flexibility in how they engage with Caesars Rewards.
Matthew Sunderland, Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital, said the company is constantly looking at ways to innovate Caesars’ online casino offerings to give players a rewarding experience.
“The launch of the Caesars Rewards Shop represents another step in aligning our online platforms with the broader Caesars Rewards ecosystem,” Sunderland said. “We’re proud to give players more ways to enjoy the games they love while making the loyalty currency they’ve earned work harder for them.”
The Caesars Palace Online Casino brand is currently the only Caesars Entertainment product with the integrated Caesars Rewards Shop.
Points for bonus spins to use on more than a dozen online slot titles, however, can be earned while using Caesars’ other online brands like Horseshoe Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino. Both products are available to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, and West Virginia players.
NJ and PA online casino players also have the option of earning Caesars Rewards credits via the Tropicana online casino. Harrah’s online casino is available in New Jersey. Caesars did not mention anything about eventually expanding the Caesars Rewards Shop to its other online brands.
October’s NJ online casino revenue results show that the Caesars Palace Online Casino is one of the more popular brands among Garden State players. Through the first 10 months of 2025, it has generated $165.7 million in revenue, good enough for fifth out of more than two dozen brands. FanDuel Casino, $533.3 million, is the year-to-date market leader followed by DraftKings Casino, $467.9 million.
BetMGM, $308.3 million, and Borgata Online Casino, $209.1 million, are the only other brands that are performing better than Caesars Palace. Compared to 2024, Caesars Palace is up 34.4%. November results will be released next week.
The New Jersey online casino industry experienced a record-breaking month with $260.3 million in revenue. Now with the Caesars Rewards Shop open to redeem bonus spins and credits, Caesars Palace players have an added incentive to keep playing.
