DraftKings has expanded its partnership with Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360), introducing additional technology designed to address athlete harassment and strengthen integrity oversight across its sportsbook and prediction market offerings.
The agreement, announced on Sept. 8, makes DraftKings the first operator to deploy IC360’s full suite of integrity products across both traditional sports betting and event-based prediction markets. The move comes as sportsbooks, leagues, regulators, and athletic organizations continue to examine the impact of betting-related abuse directed at athletes and officials.

The updated arrangement brings together several IC360 products under one framework. These include Integrity Monitoring, ProhiBet, ProhiTrade, and ProhiBet Bad Actors, each designed to help identify different forms of suspicious activity across DraftKings platforms.
While sportsbook operators have long used integrity monitoring tools to flag unusual betting patterns, the expanded deployment also extends protections to DraftKings Predictions, the company’s prediction market platform that launched in 2025. The addition reflects the industry’s growing focus on maintaining oversight as sports betting and prediction markets become increasingly interconnected.
IC360 said the technology provides a unified approach for monitoring wagering and trading activity, allowing operators to respond more quickly when potential violations are detected.
One of the most notable additions is ProhiBet Bad Actors, a technology intended to identify bettors who harass, threaten, or abuse athletes, coaches, officials, and other sports participants.
According to DraftKings, users found engaging in this type of conduct could face account suspensions or permanent bans. Information may also be shared with sports leagues, teams, or law enforcement when appropriate.
Harassment tied to sports betting has become a growing discussion point throughout the industry. College and professional athletes have increasingly reported receiving abusive messages after sporting events, particularly when wagers are involved.
The NCAA has been among the organizations seeking additional measures to address the issue. Data cited by the organization found that some Division I athletes reported receiving threatening or negative messages from bettors, prompting calls for stronger safeguards around certain wagering products and bettor behavior.
The latest agreement is notable because it extends beyond sportsbook betting. DraftKings will also apply the integrity tools to its prediction market business, an area that has drawn increasing attention over the past year.
ProhiTrade, one of the technologies included in the deal, is designed to help identify potential insider trading concerns within prediction markets. The system aims to prevent individuals with non-public information from participating in contracts or markets where they may have an unfair advantage.
As prediction markets continue expanding across the United States, operators and regulators have placed additional emphasis on monitoring frameworks similar to those already common in sports wagering.
By combining sportsbook and prediction market oversight under the same integrity infrastructure, DraftKings is positioning itself to monitor activity across multiple product categories rather than treating them separately.
The announcement follows a broader industry trend toward increased player protection and integrity monitoring. Fanatics Sportsbook became the first operator to deploy ProhiBet Bad Actors earlier this year, while other operators and sports leagues have also introduced measures aimed at reducing harassment and protecting competition integrity.
For DraftKings, the expanded agreement adds another layer of oversight at a time when sports betting participation continues to grow and prediction markets attract greater public attention.
While the technology will not eliminate all instances of bettor misconduct, operators increasingly view automated monitoring systems as one way to identify problematic behavior, protect athletes and officials, and respond more quickly when concerns arise.
