Key Points
  • Wind Creek’s online casino app closes for play March 10
  • Imperial Treasures Casino receives PGCB regulatory approval
  • Pennsylvania is first U.S. iGaming market for Imperial Treasures

The Wind Creek online casino page continues to share a message to customers with the words “Your App Is Moving!” in all caps. The note goes on to inform users “On March 10, 2026, Wind Creek Bethlehem’s current real money gaming website and app will close for play.”

It also teases a new real-money gaming experience coming soon. Now there is some clarity regarding what that new experience is thanks to this week’s news from Flowplay LLC. The company announced the launch of Imperial Treasures Casino into the Keystone State’s real-money gaming market. The press releases confirmed that the app will gain market access as an affiliate of Wind Creek Bethlehem.

This will be the company’s first entry into a regulated U.S. market.

More about Imperial Treasures Casino

As far as legal U.S. iGaming markets go, Imperial Treasures Casino coming to Pennsylvania makes sense being that Flowplay was acquired by Wind Creek Hospitality in 2021. It happens to be the only legal U.S. online casino jurisdiction where Wind Creek operates a land-based property.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) website has Imperial Treasures Casino listed on its verified online casino operators page. The company received regulatory approval from the PGCB earlier this month.

Imperial Treasures will be going up against established brands like FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars Palace, and others. While the product is new, Flowplay has close to two decades of experience delivering social gaming and interactive entertainment to millions of players worldwide. This includes building an IGaming Player Account Management platform to support Imperial Treasures Casino.

Players who sign up for an account will find content from several top game providers, including AGS, ODDSworks, and Evolution. The live dealer menu is currently limited to 10 game titles, two of which are blackjack.

Wind Creek near bottom of PA online casino market

When the PGCB releases its monthly revenue reports, earnings are broken down by land-based casino license holders instead of individual operators. Even so, Wind Creek has struggled to establish itself as a serious player in Pennsylvania’s online casino market.

For 2025, Wind Creek reported $20.3 million in iGaming revenue, which ranked last. By comparison, Hollywood Casino at Penn National (DraftKings, BetMGM, Fanatics, and Hollywood Casino) claimed the top spot with $1.05 Billion followed by Valley Forge Casino (FanDuel) with $777.6 million.

Wind Creek does a much bigger retail business as the property ranked No. 1 for table games revenue ($251.5 million) and No. 2 for slot machines revenue ($274.5 million).

Looking at the bigger picture, Wind Creek’s iGaming revenue is a small piece of a much bigger puzzle.

Flowplay is excited about entering the PA online casino market.

“Flowplay, a Wind Creek Hospitality company, is proud to offer our Imperial Treasures Casino to the Pennsylvania gaming market, where we have developed a world-class platform and gaming experience for our customers to enjoy and be entertained,” Mike Ornstein, Vice President of Real Money Gaming Operations at Flowplay, said.
