MLTT Preparing For Regulated Wagering Launch Of League Approved Markets

Major League Table Tennis (MLTT), the first U.S. pro table tennis league, is preparing to enter the regulated sports betting space in early 2026. The league has announced partnerships with Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) and ALT Sports Data to support the development and launch.

Working together, they will build the infrastructure needed to introduce legal, league-approved sports betting markets across all MLTT events. Additionally, they will establish a best-in-class integrity and compliance framework as wagering comes online.

The MLTT inaugural season kicked off in September 2023 and includes 10 teams. The current season runs through March, with events taking place across the country.

Why  MLTT is entering regulated wagering space

When it comes to national exposure, MLTT doesn’t measure up to the NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL. The league, however, has renewed its national television partnership with CBS Sports and debuted TableTennis.TV.  The latter serves as the first dedicated home for professional table tennis in North America.

Flint Lane, the founder and commissioner of MLTT said regulated wagering “represents a major opportunity to bring more fans into our sport while ensuring the highest standards of integrity.”

“IC360 and ALT Sports Data are industry leaders, and their expertise will allow us to introduce legal betting on MLTT in a safe, transparent, and responsible way,” Lane said.

IC360 technology will navigate wagering

IC360’s real-time Integrity Monitoring technology will be used to provide critical analysis by identifying irregular and anomalous data patterns.  MLTT will also implement ProhiBet, the encrypted IC360 platform that prevents athletes, coaches, and league personnel from participating in prohibited sports wagering.

Additionally, the company’s digital education curriculum will further equip players and staff with knowledge and tools to navigate the regulated wagering environment. Reinforcing MLTT’s commitment to fair play is another priority.

“We are thrilled to work with Major League Table Tennis, as they are growing into one of the elite table tennis leagues in the world,”  Scott Sadin, CO-CEO of IC360 said. “Combining our robust technology, educational services, and advisory solutions with MLTT’s commitment to the highest competition standards will continue to increase the integrity of table tennis throughout the United States and abroad.”

Current status of table tennis betting

While it might make up an extremely minimal percentage of the sports betting handle, legal U.S. sportsbooks offer table tennis betting menus. DraftKings Sportsbook offers odds for the TT Elite Series, the Czech Republic Pro League, and the WTT Finals.

Live table tennis betting is a big deal as well. Thursday night, BetMGM Sportsbook was offering live odds for 15 different matches. Matches involved players from Poland, the Czech Republic, France, and China.

In the near future, live betting on MLTT matches will be another option.

“By delivering real time official, real-time data and pricing to licensed operators, we’re helping MLTT create dynamic live betting experiences that deepen fan engagement and support the league’s long-term commercial growth,” Todd Ballard, President and Chief Growth Officer for ALT Sports Data, said.
