The Miami Marlins have added another commercial partnership to their portfolio, announcing a multi-year agreement that names Hard Rock Bet as the club’s official sportsbook partner. The deal links the Major League Baseball franchise with Florida’s only legal online sportsbook and will run through the 2028 season.
The partnership introduces sportsbook-related branding and promotions across multiple touchpoints, including loanDepot park, Marlins.TV broadcasts, digital channels, and in-person fan experiences. The agreement also continues the growing trend of professional sports teams integrating sportsbook sponsors into game-day and media-related content.
Under the agreement, Hard Rock Bet branding will appear throughout loanDepot park, including digital outfield signage and content displayed on the MarlinsVision videoboard. The sportsbook will also be featured through social media campaigns, hospitality experiences, promotional activations, and team-related content opportunities.
Broadcast integrations are another significant component of the arrangement. Marlins.TV telecasts will incorporate live betting odds and promotional content from Hard Rock Bet throughout the season. The additions reflect a wider industry movement in which sportsbooks increasingly seek visibility through team-owned and team-affiliated media platforms.
One of the first fan-facing elements of the partnership will arrive in August through a Grand Slam promotion. According to details released alongside the announcement, eligible fans aged 21 and older attending Marlins home games will be able to receive a Bonus Bet through the Hard Rock Sportsbook app whenever a Miami player hits a grand slam.
While financial details of the partnership were not disclosed, the promotion illustrates how teams and sportsbooks continue to incorporate on-field events into customer engagement efforts. The Marlins said the partnership will include exclusive offers and experiences throughout the remainder of the baseball season.
The agreement further expands Hard Rock Bet’s presence across Florida sports. Operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard Rock Bet remains the state’s only legal online sportsbook and has previously established relationships with several major sports properties, including the Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Daytona International Speedway.
The Marlins partnership arrives as sports betting sponsorships remain a significant part of professional sports business strategies across the United States. Teams increasingly view sportsbook operators as potential long-term partners capable of providing sponsorship revenue, digital integrations, and promotional opportunities tied to fan engagement.
For the Marlins, the deal arrives during a season in which the club has remained relevant in the National League playoff race while continuing to develop its media and business operations. The organization moved its broadcasts to MLB and Marlins.TV before the season, creating additional opportunities for integrated sponsorship content.
As the partnership begins, fans can expect to see Hard Rock Bet branding incorporated into broadcasts, stadium experiences, team promotions, and digital content. The agreement ensures the sportsbook will maintain a visible presence around the franchise through at least the end of the 2028 MLB season.
