
DraftKings has announced a multi-year agreement with NBCUniversal to execute exclusive integrations and digital sponsorships across top-tier sports properties. NBC’s sports portfolio includes the NFL, NBA, Premier League, next year’s Super Bowl LX, NCAA Football, the PGA Tour, and more.
“We’re proud to join forces with NBCUniversal, an iconic name in sports entertainment, in a landmark multi-year agreement that brings together two industry leaders,” said Stephanie Sherman, chief marketing officer at DraftKings. “Our presence throughout NBCUniversal’s sports ecosystem will not only engage fans in powerful new ways but also augment our industry-leading live betting capabilities.”
The agreement marks a major milestone for these two global companies. DraftKings will now have a much larger presence in sports broadcasting via one of its largest and most impactful multi-platform agreements. The multi-sport integration strategy will connect DK with tens of millions of sports fans across a year-round calendar of marquee events.

Many NBC Sports viewers are familiar with DraftKings television spots featuring comedian/actor Kevin Hart and NBA Superstar LeBron James.
Besides being home to Sunday Night Football, the network is gearing up for the NBA’s return this season across NBC and Peacock. This will be the first time in 24 years that the NBA is on NBC. Plus, if NBCUniversal lands MLB’s Sunday Night Baseball package as is being widely reported, DraftKings will have access to a year-round primetime sports audience with millions of viewers.
Peter Lazarus, executive vice president NBC Sports, Sports & Olympics, Advertising and Partnerships, referred to DraftKings as “an industry leader and marketplace innovator.”
DraftKings is one of the top revenue generators when it comes to the U.S. Sports betting and online casino space. Its mobile sports betting app launched in New Jersey back in 2018, and has rapidly expanded across the country since. DraftKings is one of nine Missouri sports betting apps launching on December 1.
