The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) released its February revenue report this week, and the iGaming results once again made headlines. Online casinos earned $300.6 million for the month, up 14.9% from the same period last year when the total was $261.5 million.
The numbers saw a slight 4.9% decline from January’s $316.2 million, but February had two less days than January.
The latest results makes it five straight months in which Keystone State iGaming revenue has surpassed $300 million. The current streak started with October’s $312.4 million. The all-time monthly record was set with December’s $324.3-million month.
Online slot revenue once again accounted for the bulk of the monthly total with $252.1 million. Table game revenue, $46.2 million, and online poker, $2.2 million made up the rest.
The PGCB total gaming revenue report removes promotional dollars. For February, that number was $60.6 million, making monthly adjusted revenue $239.9 million.
Unlike neighboring New Jersey, Pennsylvania breaks down its report by license holder instead of individual online casino brands.
Hollywood Penn National led the way with $114.1 million. Valley Forge Casino Resort, $85.6 million, and Rivers Philadelphia, $46.1 million, rounded out the top three.
Penn National’s license includes DraftKings, Fanatics, BetMGM, and Hollywood casino platforms. FanDuel Casino operates under the Valley Forge license.
