
According to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), online casinos in the Keystone State earned approximately $311.9 million in revenue for July. It was the sixth-highest total in state history since they went live in 2019. It was a 12.3% year-over-increase from last July and a 2.9% increase from June. Overall, it has been a highly successful year for Pennsylvania online casinos, with month-by-month improvements across the board. The state has become one of the prime examples of a successful iGaming market.
Penn National led the way with $117.6 million in revenue. This is the licensee that features DraftKings, BetMGM, and Fanatics Sportsbook. Coming in 2nd was Valley Forge at $92.6 million in revenue, partnered with FanDuel. Rounding out the top five were The Rivers Philadelphia ($48.5 million), Caesars Interactive ($18.7 million), and Golden Nugget ($9.2 million).
The biggest year-over-year increase in revenue was with Bally’s Casino, which jumped by 75%, going from $4.1 million to $7.2 million. The largest year-over-year decrease was with Live! Philadelphia, falling from $6.5 million to $2.3 million.
Market leaders like Penn National (13.5% increase) and Valley Forge (20.3% increase) showed improvements as well. Of those in the top five, Caesars Interactive saw the best results, featuring a 33.7% increase.
Pennsylvania online casinos have seen positive results each month. The biggest year-over-year difference was in January, which saw an 18.0% increase. The most modest improvement was in April, with a 9.4% increase. July was more of the same, with a 14.3% increase in revenue.
After failing to cross the $300 million threshold for all of 2025, each month in 2026 has surpassed this number, with March leading the way at $330.8 million in revenue.
