Playing the lottery online is getting easier for players based in Minnesota and Arizona thanks to TheLotter US launching its new website. The lottery courier service debuted its new site in August, highlighting an optimized ticket-ordering process, modern design, and improved user performance. TheLotter US is planning to expand this new offering to additional states, but did not share specifics regarding when.
TheLotter US also services online customers based in Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Virginia.
“We’re excited to offer players a faster, more engaging experience,” LotterGroup CEO Yael Hertz said. “With quicker navigation and a cleaner interface, every update is designed to help players reach their favorite games with ease and confidence.”
Whether players are trying to win a $1 billion Powerball jackpot or a smaller prize from the state lottery, the concept is the same. Once orders are processed, TheLotter’s agents purchase official tickets from licensed retailers, and then scan and upload them to the player’s account. The tickets can be viewed before the draw.
If and when a player does win, TheLotter team assists with claiming the prize at official lottery offices. No commission is taken.
Customers in Arizona and Minnesota can now enjoy a streamlined purchasing process that can be completed in three steps:
The platform provides online lottery customers with a complete rundown of upcoming draws with countdowns for each one. People in New Jersey, for example, might see “Our Biggest Jackpot” near the top. MegaMillions with a $423 million jackpot has the top billing.
Below that are current Powerball, Pick 6, Jersey Cash 5, Pick 4, and Pick 3 prize amounts. Users click on the game they are interested in playing, pick numbers, and hit the order now button.
According to company, players familiar with LotterUS from purchasing tickets for popular multistate games like Powerball or Mega Millions will notice several improvements, including:
With the complete game overview, online lottery players can view jackpots, draw times, and lottery info in one spot. The upgraded “My Account” dashboard offers a fresh look with a user-friendly drop-and-drag feature. The expanded entry view has a filter tool that should make it easier for customers to find important information. Additional changes have been implemented to let users manage payment methods with ease.
TheLotterUS is available on desktop, tablet, iOS, and mobile devices.
“This is just the beginning,” Hertz said. “We’re committed to bringing these upgrades to all our customers across the U.S.”
For now, only lottery customers based in Arizona and Minnesota can access these new offerings. The website notes that the upgraded website will be available soon in New York, New Jersey, and Oregon.
