Markieff Morris And Archie Goodwin Fight On The Suns Bench

Phoenix Suns teammates Markieff Morris and Archie Goodwin got into a screaming and shoving match on the bench during the first quarter of tonight’s game against the Golden State Warriors. The fight, which happened during a timeout, didn’t seem to be captured by either the Suns’ or the Warriors’ broadcast, but was picked up on a League Pass feed.

The Suns, a popular darkhorse pick for two years running, have been a disaster this season, and have one of the worst records in the league. The team fired head coach Jeff Hornacek last week, and after they traded Markieff’s twin brother Marcus during the summer, Markieff demanded a trade that has yet to come to fruition.
