While putting together this MrLoot review, I found that new users can receive three free WinBoxes after signing up and depositing at least $50. There are also a wide range of options on the platform, with around 1,250 different boxes to explore.
The MrLoot website is well designed, and WinBoxes are neatly organised into five categories. Each box clearly shows its contents along with the odds of winning each prize, displayed as percentages.
On top of that, the platform offers a solid range of ongoing promotions, multiple payment options, and 24/7 live chat support, making it a fairly smooth experience overall.

MrLoot has a very nicely presented website with a dark theme and delicately backlit buttons and highlights. There’s nothing gaudy, no distracting pop ups or banners either, which pleased me no end.
The left hand menu has some of the brand’s promotions at the top, which are followed by a list of the five WinBox categories on offer, which are Luxury, Gaming, Geek, Fashion, and Tech. All of the buttons and options go where they are supposed to and every page that I visited loaded immediately.
The remainder of the page is dedicated to showing examples of WinBoxes in various categories and themes, followed by the Footer menu, which is where you’ll find links to important documents like the T&Cs, Privacy Policy, and the Provably Fair algorithm.
For mobile users, although MrLoot doesn’t have dedicated iOS or Android apps, I can assure you that the mobile optimized version of the website works just as smoothly as the main site. In all honesty, if you add a MrLoot icon to your home screen you’ll barely notice the difference, and you won’t need to worry about updates either.
There’s no denying that mystery box sites have sparked some controversy. However, MrLoot operates legally in accordance with state regulations and consumer protection laws by providing clear and transparent T&Cs.
In addition, MrLoot ensures that anyone using its site is at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age for their state of residency.
That means you will need to undertake a KYC process at some stage, but specifically before you can make a withdrawal. This will involve uploading a copy of a valid photo ID document, like a passport, driver’s license, or state-issued photo ID card.
Just as a point to note, at the bottom of the left hand menu, you’ll see the option to ‘Switch Regions’.
By default, you will land on the USA/Canada version, but you’ll be able to view the WinBoxes available in Europe if you wish. However, if you live in the US, you will find that you are blocked from purchasing WinBoxes containing cryptocurrency, or physical prizes.
First things first, it’s worth knowing that MrLoot caters for the European mystery box market, as well as providing options for US residents. Although the site itself remains the same, the WinBoxes available are different. MrLoot has provided the option to see both, by using the options at the bottom of the left hand menus, but there’s a caveat when you do this.
As things stand currently, US customers can only choose from physical and digital WinBoxes, with the former containing items you can have shipped to your home address, and the latter dedicated to digital rewards you can only enjoy at MrLoot. Meanwhile, European users can also purchase crypto WinBoxes, in addition to the other options. If you attempt to purchase a crypto WinBox from the US, your purchase will be blocked.
When you sign up at MrLoot and deposit at least $50, you’ll receive three free WinBoxes in return, and you won’t need to use a MrLoot promo code at any point. In the true sense of the mystery box theme, you won’t know what’s inside until you click on each one to open it.
One of the boxes I received at the start of my MrLoot review contained XP and ‘Looties’ ($1) which are MrLoot’s on-site virtual currency, the second gave me a MrLoot sticker sheet ($3.20), and I got six cans of Coca Cola ($5) in the third box. As I didn’t want either of the physical prizes, I exchanged them for more Lootie credit.
When you hover over a WinBox image, you get to see the contents on a carousel, but they do move too quickly to see them clearly. I found that it’s better to click on the box, where full information is displayed. Below is an example of one that I tried out during my MrLoot review.
I tried out a box called ‘Toast’ costing $15.00 where I could win one of 18 different prizes. They ranged from $2.50 worth of Looties with a 37.39% probability, to a $436.00 high-end Wolf Gourmet toaster.
The options in between included a number of mid-range toasters, various toast-themed toys, and a selection of things to spread on toast, like a giant jar of Nutella. Based on five purchases, I received the following:
| Toast box | Item won | Percentage | Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Box #1 | Looties | 37.39% | $2.50 |
| Box #2 | Toaster | 9.17% | $18.50 |
| Box #3 | Card game | 14.64% | $17.50 |
| Box #4 | Looties | 37.39% | $2.50 |
| Box #5 | Toaster | 9.17% | $18.50 |
The $5.00 of Looties were added to my balance right away. Had I won the Nutella, I might have opted to have it shipped, but as there wasn’t anything I considered worth paying the shipping for, I exchanged my other prizes for their equivalent value in Looties, which were added to my account a few hours later.
It’s also worth noting that after you click on a box, there’s a ‘Demo’ button where you can try out opening the box and revealing the prize you would have won. This option is available for all MrLoot boxes, and it’s a feature I thoroughly approve of.
MrLoot offers a variety of fiat and crypto options. If you prefer the former, you can use Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay to make deposits, which are converted to cryptos via an on site portal.
For those who prefer cryptocurrency, I established that MrLoot accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Tether and USD Coin. The brand has a closed loop policy, which means that whichever payment method you used to deposit must be used for withdrawals. But irrespective of the method you use, deposits are always instant, and withdrawals rarely take longer than 48 hours to process.

I discussed the availability of MrLoot’s mystery boxes earlier in my review, and explained that US customers can only access two types: physical or digital, and I’ll explore both of those next.
Although physical Looties primarily focus on a range of tangible items, you will find that some digital rewards are included in the list of potential prizes, typically small bundles of the Looties virtual currency, as a kind of consolation prize if you will.
There are around 1,000 WinBoxes containing products with different themes that vary from comics to cars, and prices that range from $0.34 up to $4,000.
Most of the digital WinBoxes are found in the Gaming and Tech WinBox categories. While some contain an assortment of physical and digital products, others are dedicated to well-known video games.
I found approximately 300 WinBoxes containing digital products like, skins, cosmetic accessories, and online passes. But during my MrLoot review the most popular WinBox purchase was the Game Key WinBox, which was priced at $7.02, and contains a vast selection of gift cards, passes, Steam keys, and full games.
I have created a separate MrLoot bonus review covering all of the ways you can obtain additional rewards, but here is a quick snapshot for you.
Complete the daily tasks and quests assigned to you and get Lootie rewards.
Spin the Reward Wheel once every 24 hours to collect XP Points and/or Looties.
Every $200 you spend on WinBoxes gives you one free entry, with the chance to win one of the twenty $250 prizes available.
Share your unique referral code to get a 5% Lootie boost, plus 5% of your referral’s spend (bonus capped at $100).
Enter 1v1, 2v2 or team events, or create your own, based on a selected WinBox. Entries are available from $0.25 upwards.
Win a portion of the $1k daily prize, or a share of the $20k monthly prize pool by getting your name near the top of the leaderboard.
Rewards is a 10-tier loyalty program, which works in the usual way. You’ll collect XP Points when you purchase WinBoxes, or acquire them by completing tasks and quests.
Each level has various rewards, but this is where information is lacking, as the brand has yet to add information about what they are and how they work. I’m sure this is an oversight, which will get addressed in due course.
Meanwhile, the table below shows the names of the tiers, and the amount you’ll need to spend on WinBoxes to level up.
| Tier name | $ to level up |
|---|---|
| Novice | $0 |
| Bronze | $1,000 |
| Silver | $10,000 |
| Gold | $50,000 |
| Platinum | $100,000 |
| Diamond | $500,000 |
| Master | $1,000,000 |
| Mythic | $2,500,000 |
| Ancient | $5,000,000 |
| Chroma | $10,000,000 |
I feel it’s worth mentioning once again that MrLoot provides transparent terms and conditions.
But before you decide that wading through pages of ‘legal speak’ is not your thing, let me assure you that the T&Cs here are kept short and to the point, plus they’re written in a way that you won’t have any trouble understanding.
With that out the way, let me show you the other ways MrLoot helps you to enjoy a smooth experience.
Live chat is the go-to option, and you’ll find that you are quickly answered by a knowledgeable and friendly human agent too!

As you may have gathered from my positive review, I’m a huge fan of MrLoot. Aside from the lack of information about the brand’s 10-tier Rewards, I have nothing but praise for this mystery box site.
Three free WinBoxes when you sign up and deposit $50, with about 1,250 more to explore on a nicely-designed website.
Add to that transparent T&Cs, lots of fun activities, plus 24/7 live chat support, and there’s plenty to like.
If you feel equally enthusiastic, you can use the link on the banners of this page to visit MrLoot and give it a try today.
