Clash.gg: Pros and Cons
  • Massive range of CSGO skins
  • Fun game modes like battles
  • Great transparency and visibility
  • Lightning fast customer support
  • The site feels a little messy

Clash.gg is for all you CSGO lovers out there and those of you who love collecting, ripping, and trading CSGO skins – it’s a unique mystery box site built around one of the most popular games of all time.

Based on that, I’ve created a full Clash.gg review where I look at how it works, what you can do on it, and whether it’s worth your time or not. From the outset, I think this site has great potential, even if it is a little niche, but, read on to learn my full thoughts and findings.

Getting to grips with Clash.gg – what’s it all about?

Support Types E-Mail, Live Chat, Hotline

Let’s start with the basics – Class.gg is in essence a mystery box site dedicated to GSGO and CS2. Because of that, and the relative niche nature of it, I started this review by checking the legitimacy of the brand and its operations.

Transparency and fairness

The case openings are the main feature here, and I had no issues with the transparency. For each case, there’s a breakdown of the potential pulls you can get, their percentage chance of being pulled, and their value. On top of that, they have a provably fair mechanism that shows the hash results of each pull.

Because of this, I was confident in the legitimacy of the brand. To build on that, they also offer parent company information – the site is owned by Rust Clash Entertainment Ltd. which is a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Customer support

Next, I wanted to be sure that I could get in touch with someone if I needed help so I looked at the support options starting with the live chat. I tested this a few times at different points of the day, and each time I was put through to a human rep instantly – they were always able to help with my queries, and they helped me find out what deposit methods I could use. Email support is an option too, but I recommend sticking with the live chat as it’s much quicker.

Security

I’d checked the support options, now it was time to move onto the site security, and it was another success. There’s SSL encryption as standard, and I found a range of provably fair systems for the different games and case unboxings. Not only that, but they have a heap of documentation such as terms of service, a privacy policy, AML policy, and code of ethics. Lastly, if you want to access all of the site’s features, you will need to complete a full KYC check.

Payment options

For banking, Clash.gg supports both fiat and crypto options. I stuck with fiat deposits, and these included Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, Trustly, PayPal, Neteller, and Sofort.

Alternatively, crypto options included Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT, Tron, Solana, USDC, Ripple, Cardano, Binance Coin, Dogecoin, Chainlink, and Ton. I never had any issues with the payments – deposits were processed instantly, there were no payment fees, and I always got my withdrawal requests approved.

What can you do at Clash.gg – exploring the different game modes

After I’d made sure that the brand was legit, I wanted to check out the case openings and other game modes they offer. In terms of the underlying premise of the site, Clash.gg offers CSGO skin mystery boxes – this is its main feature and it remains the top draw of the site – customers have the chance to pull awesome rare skins that they can either sell or use in-game for bragging rights.

However, the site has also evolved beyond this, and it’s included a range of game modes that involve the Gem currency that everything runs on. Most of these are traditional mystery-box-style games such as the Upgrader, but there’s also some arcade games like Plinko, Mines, and Crash.

CSGO Case Openings

CSGO Case Openings

Case Openings. This is what most of you will be here for, and I have to say that Clash.gg knocks it out of the park. When I created this Clash.gg review, there were 43 pages of cases that you can open – this means they offer over 500 different cases which is one of the biggest collections I’ve ever seen from a mystery box skin site.

Most of the cases are official, from Clash.gg, but customers can also create their own skin cases if they wish. One of the core features I noticed about the cases is that you can change the volatility. For example, you can go with low volatility cases that might not have uber drops, but they will give you more consistent returns over time.

In terms of the contents, there’s a massive range of skins and some absolute legendary drops such as:

  • Souvenir AWP Dragon Lore (Factory New)
  • Karambit Lore (Factory New)
  • Karambit Case Hardened (Factory New)
  • Ak-47 Case Hardened (Factory New)

From what I can see, all the different weapon and item types in the game are included, and you’ve got loads of filters to find specific cases with skins that you might want.

Other CSGO game modes

While the cases are the main feature, I also noticed that Clash.gg has a range of other game modes including:

  • Battles
  • Double
  • Upgrader
  • Mines
  • Plinko
  • Crash
  • Tiles

I’m honestly not as sold on many of these – personally I do not use features like the Upgrader or Doubles as they can be incredibly risky. However, I do like the various arcade games they have and I’ve had loads of experience playing them before. Mines and Crash are always a good laugh, while Plinko can be fun too.

If you try any of these alternative game modes, just make sure you read the instructions carefully and you understand them, as well as your potential chances of winning compared to opening the CSGO cases offered.

Clash.gg Promotions

Promos at Clash.gg – are they tight-fisted?

Certainly not! Like I said in my Clash.gg bonus review, I was impressed with the signup bonus where you get 3x free cases to open. Don’t get me wrong – these are not huge value, but you can get some pretty awesome skins from them including the USP-S Kill Confirmed, and the P250 Cartel. All you have to do is sign up using my banners and then when you log in, you’ll be able to open your three bonus cases.

Aside from this, I also found a range of other features at Clash.gg including:

  • Challenges
  • Redemption codes
  • Cashback bonuses
  • VIP Discord
  • Daily leaderboard races
  • Refer-a-friend scheme

The challenges are pretty cool as you can complete a range of different tasks to unlock gem bonuses (gems are the play currency used at Clash.gg), there’s also a pretty good refer-a-friend scheme where you can get commission on their case openings and other gameplay. In short, I felt like there was always something to do, and I like that they promote engagement, and have loads of gamification features.

How I found the usability at Clash.gg

From a usability perspective, compared to other mystery box sites I’ve reviewed recently, I think there is A LOT to take in with the Clash.gg site and this is mainly because of the huge range of game modes they offer. Unless you are part of the CSGO skin scene and you’ve used these types of sites before, it could be a little overwhelming.

It took me a while to find my way around the different features and figure things out. But once I did, I started to see that everything is pretty logical – you can access the case openings and other game modes from the top drop-down menu, and other things like the promos and your account are also accessible within a few clicks.

Performance-wise the site is great too – fast page speeds and no technical errors. Lastly, for mobile CSGO case opening action, you’ll have to stick with the mobile-responsive browser version of the site as I didn’t find any downloadable mobile app. Regardless, I found the mobile version more than adequate and enjoyed the case opening experience on it.

Conclusion – Clash.gg is a win for CSGO skin fans

After creating my Clash.gg review, I can confidently say that this is one of the top CSGO mystery box sites. It’s got a huge collection of official skins and some insane grail pulls. On top of that, the packs are fully transparent, and you can change the volatility to suit your risk factor and how you approach your skin ripping.

I do think the website will take a little getting used to, but other than that, I don’t really have any issues. Other standout points include the instant live chat response times, the welcome bonus where you get 3x free cases, and the fun PVP battle game mode. All things considered, I would definitely recommend it, and if you want to try it out for yourself, just click any of the banners I’ve got on this page.
