RipVault.gg: Pros and Cons
  • Welcome bonus of 100 Coins
  • Japanese and English Pokemon sets
  • Pack discounts up to 76%
  • Pokemon-focused packs only

Welcome to my RipVault.gg review, where I’ll share my experience of using this relatively new card rip site. The brand specializes in discounted card breaks and offers a curated selection of Japanese and English Pokemon sets.

RipVault.gg uses an on-site currency called Coins, and I received 100 Coins as a welcome bonus when I signed up. During my review, I took a close look at cards on offer, looked at how the brand facilitates card rips, and examined the ways it ensures transparency and fairness, all of which I’ll explain in full detail.

About RipVault.gg

RipVault launched in February 2026, and it offers card breaks for a curated selection of Japanese and English Pokemon cards. Members can buy up to five slots per pack listed on the site, and receive 10 cards per rip. One of RipVault’s best highlights as well is offering heavily-discounted card breaks compared to the expected market value, up to 76% in some cases.

What Can You Rip on RipVault.gg?

What You Can Rip on RipVault.gg

RipVault.gg is frequently mentioned as one of the reliable sites for mystery card boxes, but that description doesn’t really describe what the brand has on offer. In this part of my RipVault review, I’ll explain what I mean by that.

Card rip availability

RipVault.gg rips are confined to a selection of specific Japanese and English Pokemon card releases. Currently, there are no college basketball card breaks available on the site. The brand currently has 35 packs (6,484 cards in total) listed on its website, which are categorized as follows:

  • Japanese 10
  • Mega Evolution 5
  • Scarlet & Violet 15
  • Sword & Shield 5

The prices for all card breaks are shown in Coins, which are the on-site currency used at RipVault. For context, 100 Coins = $1. The cost per rip varies from 291 Coins at the lower end, to 2,112 Coins at the upper end of the scale.

How card rips work at RipVault.gg

You will be able to view very specific information about each different RipVault card pack simply by clicking on any pack that interests you.

  • The full name and release date of the pack
  • The Coin value of the top pull
  • A carousel showing a selection of high value cards
  • Per-card information including rarity, market value, and probability of pulling

You will always pull 10 cards in total, as all RipVault card breaks are designed to replicate the contents of a real-life sealed pack, and are completed using a digital simulation.

What Can You Do With Your Cards?

RipVault.gg has all bases covered, and you have three distinct options, which I’ll explain individually.

💰 Sell back unwanted RipVault.gg packs

If you pull any cards that you don’t want to keep, you can sell them back to RipVault for the same amount as the listed pre-pull Coin value, which will be added to your Coin balance automatically.

There is also an ‘Auto-Sell’ option available, which you can set up via your member account, and there are several different options ranging from keep all pulls, to auto sell all cards below double rare. You can change the setting at any time as your collection grows.

📁 Store cards in your vault

All of the cards you pull are stored safely in a vault. You can view and manage them in a portfolio arrangement called Your Binder, which contains an entry for every card pack on the RipVault site.

Each entry lists any cards you’ve pulled, which can be displayed by clicking on the relevant icon. You’ll also see details of any cards you’ve sold back, and how many more you need to complete the set.

📦 Have physical cards shipped

You can choose to have physical cards shipped to your home address. If you decide to do this, the digital versions will be removed from your Binder. Shipping costs 500 Coins and you can add up to 20 cards per shipment.

Payment Methods at RipVault.gg

You will see that all of the available card rips at RipVault are priced as ‘Coins’ which you will need to purchase before you can rip a pack. The brand doesn’t provide this service on site, all Coin purchases are completed by Stripe.

When you are logged in at RipVault, you will see a yellow ‘Top Up’ button on the top menu, next to your Coin balance. Clicking on the button will take you to a screen which shows six Coin purchase options from $10 for 1,000 Coins, up to $500 for 50,000 Coins. When you’ve made your selection, you’ll be redirected to Stripe.

Coin purchases can only be made with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. All you need to do is enter your email, card details, and full name, then click on ‘Pay’ to complete the transaction. Note that unused Coins cannot be refunded, all purchases are final.

Bonuses and Promotions I found at RipVault.gg

I provided detailed explanations of the two bonuses I found in my review of RipVault.gg promotions, but I’ll provide a brief recap here.

New member welcome bonus

When I signed up at RipVault I received 100 Coins plus a 40% boost for my first Coin purchase. For the latter, I was invited to spin the Bonus Wheel, so the boost you receive may be smaller or bigger. I didn’t need any RipVault.gg promo code to claim the welcome offer as well.

Referral program

In my member account area I found information about the RipVault.gg Refer a Friend bonus, and my unique referral code. In brief, you can invite as many friends as you want, and you will both receive a reward.

  • Your friend will enjoy 5% extra Coins for all purchases made within 30 days.
  • You will receive a bonus representing 5% of your friend’s Coin purchases for life.

Is RipVault.gg safe and legit?

Transparency and Fairness

RipVault’s attention to detail in terms of transparency and fairness is impeccable. You’ll find an easy-to-read Privacy Policy, which explains everything in plain English, and an equally understandable Terms and Conditions document.

Every pack rip is accompanied by a verifiable SHA-256 server seed hash, and the probability of pulling every card is defined clearly. In addition, all Coin purchases are completed off-site via Stripe, meaning that RipVault doesn’t store your card details on the site.

A close look at the RipVault.gg website and features

I was impressed by the neat layout of RipVault’s website. Aesthetically, the black background, white text, and yellow highlights keep your focus where it matters, and the menu options make sense. Like most card break sites, there are no downloadable apps, instead you can access RipVault.gg via a mobile optimized version of the site from any device.

While the majority of the content is professional (as it should be), I appreciated the small elements of fun like the random Pokemon running across the top of my screen, the Bonus Wheel, and the arcade-style Claw Machine.

How to find your way around RipVault

The top menu, which you can access from any page, contains quick ways to access the content you are most likely to access, like the available card sets, cards you currently have stored in the vault, and your site activity.

At the top right, you’ll see your current Coin balance, and a link to use if you want to add more Coins to your account. In your account area, you’ll find your referral link, and sections where you can change your username, edit your shipping address, and adjust your sell back preferences.

The Footer section of each page is where you’ll find all of the important documents relating to your account and how the site operates. This is arguably the most important part of the RipVault.gg site, and while I’m not suggesting that you read every document in full, it’s definitely the place to look for detailed explanations.

The Footer is split into four different menus: Shop, Trust, Community, and Legal. I’ve mentioned most of the links, or documents you might need to use in other sections of this review, but I will explain about Community, and what you’ll find there, except for the Claw, which I’ve already discussed.

  • Leaderboard – aka the ‘Hall of Fame’, this shows the 20 top card pulls in the last 7 days, showing the name of the card, rarity, and Coin value. You can also switch to a different tab to view the most rips completed by members.
  • Recent Pulls – you can only access this when you are logged in, as it provides an overview of your personal activity on the site in chronological order. This includes card rips, Claw picks, and Coin purchases, plus the related server seed hash.
  • Changelog – the changelog provides details of any bug fixes, new features, and any other tweaks made by RipVault.gg that will affect members.

Customer support

At present, the only way to contact RipVault support is via email. From my own experience of contacting the support team about a technical issue, you will need to wait up to 24 hours to receive a reply.

In fairness, most things you need to know about are explained clearly on each page. In addition, when you sign up, RipVault walks you through a number of processes including a demo card break, how to set limits or take a break from the site, and adjusting various settings according to your needs.

Lastly, you’ll also find an FAQ section and some Guides to read, which are located in the Footer section of each page.

My final thoughts about RipVault.gg

As you’ve seen, RipVault only offers card breaks for elite Japanese and English Pokemon cards. For any collector interested in these releases, the cost per card rip offers value, and there are filters members can use to automatically sell back unwanted cards.

One thing that particularly impressed me was the detail and clarity RipVault.gg provides throughout, which includes the probability of pulling every card, and a verifiable server seed hash for every rip. As such, I am happy to recommend RipVault and if you want to take a look around, you can use the link on the banners of this page.
