Now Carlos Tevez Is Just Openly Talking Shit About Chinese Soccer

Carlos Tevez has always been a man incapable of even pretending to give a single fuck. So it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise to hear that his response to his Chinese Super League team manager’s accusations that he is too fat to play was not getting into shape, but instead taking a flamethrower to the country’s entire soccer culture.

Here, from ESPN FC, is what Tevez had to say when asked about the state of Chinese soccer in an interview on French TV:

“In South America and Europe, players learn to play football when they’re kids, but not here,” Tevez told SFR Sport. “So technically they are not very good.

“Their football is very different. The fans treat it very differently as well. And I don’t think they are going to get to the same heights, not even in 50 years.”

At this rate, there is no chance Tevez is long for the Chinese league. Though if this is the kind of self-sabotaging real talk Tevez likes to engage in, we pray to God that his next playing destination is MLS.
