Pacers' Tyrese Haliburton helped off court after Game 7 injury

Mandatory Credit: Kyle Terada-Imagn Images Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton was helped off the court and immediately taken to the locker room after suffering what appeared to a be a serious injury to his right leg during the first quarter of Game 7 of the NBA Finals on Sunday night.
With the Oklahoma City Thunder leading 18-16, Haliburton received a pass and was driving toward the basket when he fell to the floor in obvious pain. Haliburton pounded the floor with his hand several times.
He was unable to put weight on the leg as Haliburton was helped to the locker room.
Haliburton has been playing through a strained right calf, an injury he is believed to have suffered during Indiana's Game 5 loss at Oklahoma City. He had scored nine of the Pacers' 16 points by hitting a trio of 3-pointers when he left the game.
