Game 6 of the 2026 WNBA Finals between the Golden State Valkyries and the Atlanta Dream is set to tip off at 12:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 29th at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. It’s an unconventional start time due to a scheduling conflict with the Atlanta Hawks.
The Valkyries have taken care of business in the last two games, securing victories by holding the Dream to 62 points or fewer in each of those matchups. In Game 5, Golden State was able to limit Atlanta to 29% shooting from the field and 23% from beyond the arc.
Now, the Valkyries are one win away from their first WNBA Championship. But it’s going to be tough to get it done on the road, especially since this is essentially a morning game for them since they’re a West Coast team. The Dream are priced at 63 cents to win this game. The spread is Atlanta -3.5, priced at 55 cents. This makes sense due to the home-court advantage. We’ve seen the Dream blow out the Valkyries at home in this series, including a 97-71 victory in Game 3.
The Over/Under is currently listed at 146.5 points, with the Under favored at 51 cents. The market has finally adjusted to what’s been a low-scoring series. For previous games, the Over/Under was at 151.5 or even higher, but after the Under has continued to hit, it was time for a serious adjustment.
The Dream have the edge in this matchup. Not only are they at home, but the unconventional time is likely to impact the Valkyries more, since this is basically a 9:30 a.m. game for them because they’re on the West Coast.
We’ve seen the Dream take care of business with a 26-point win at home earlier in this series, so I feel confident trusting them to get it done here.
