Humanoid soft-baked dough sculpture Glen “Big Baby” Davis is reportedly a suspect in an assault that took place in Hollywood this month, according to a report from TMZ:
We’re told cops believe Davis got into a physical altercation with a man outside of a West Hollywood nightclub on April 8 — and ultimately slammed the man down on the concrete. Davis allegedly fled the scene before cops arrived.
Sources say the victim was hospitalized with multiple broken bones and a broken tooth and he was on a ventilator for a day.
This is at least the second major run in with the law for Davis in 2018: In February, Davis was arrested after he was found with a quarter pound of weed and $92,000 in cash in his hotel room in Maryland, in what at least appeared to police to be a distribution effort.
TMZ reported on April 11 that Davis was a “person of interest” in the Los Angeles incident, which may have started when Davis was confronted by a man he reportedly almost ran over in a parking lot:
Law enforcement sources tell us ... witnesses have told investigators Davis was driving erratically in a parking lot Sunday evening near Factory nightclub in West Hollywood.
After nearly striking a man with his vehicle, witnesses say the victim tried to confront Davis ... but Davis got out of his car and things turned physical.
The case has reportedly been sent to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Hey, while we’re here, here’s the big lad enjoying a lovely 4/20 yesterday:
