PUNTR is a skill games sports site that is picking up plenty of attention. Use your sporting knowledge to enter free and real money contests against other players, with the best-performing slips receiving the biggest prizes.
You won’t find a PUNTR signup bonus since the site is only in its soft launch stage, but things could soon change. Naturally, I’ll update my guide if one appears. But for now, you’ll have to make do with promotions like Refer & Earn and the Daily Flex Leaderboard. Not to mention the free-to-enter Daily Flex, where you could win $35 every day.

As I mentioned, there isn’t a welcome bonus right now. I expect this is because the site only soft launched in February 2026, so I’m hoping a promo will appear in future. After all, similar skill games sites offer signup incentives, so why shouldn’t PUNTR?
Regardless, we’re yet to hear anything official from the brand about the introduction of such a bonus. But new players do at least get something for free after signing up – they can enter the Daily Flex contest.
Although PUNTR offers real money contests for three, five and ten-pick entries, it also runs a free-to-play five-pick game every 24 hours. There’s $65 in the prize pool each time, with $35 slated for the winner, $20 for second and $10 for third.
The game isn’t exclusively reserved for newcomers, so it’s not a welcome bonus – anyone can get involved once per day. But if you have just registered, I’d advise entering the Daily Flex contest right away, as it’s a risk-free way to learn how the site works.
The contest really is free, and you don’t need a special PUNTR bonus code or anything like that. Just click “Daily Flex” in the left-hand navigation menu to view the countdown clock and submit a slip containing exactly five picks.
You can add a mixture of teams and athletes from 15 different sports. Whoever has the biggest win multiplier once the clock hits zero is declared the winner. You can check the Daily Flex Leaderboard any time to view your progress.
Pro tip – always make sure your chosen games will result before the clock ends, or the picks won’t be counted. Yes, I did learn that the hard way!
The only thing you’d really call a bonus is the Refer & Earn promotion, which I’ll explain in a moment. There’s a shortage of other promotions just now, as the site seems to still be in the soft launch stage. I’m hoping to see a few bonuses added in time, as it grows.
Something we should definitely see in future is prize draws. What makes me so confident? Well, there’s still a link in the main menu to a now-expired $30,000 giveaway, which sent one player to Super Bowl LX. If they’ve done it already, they’ll probably run similar competitions in future.
That looks like it was a really good promotion, too. Not only did the winner land two tickets to the big game, but PUNTR also provided two return flights, VIP party tickets and a five-star hotel. Pretty awesome.
Okay, what about the referral program I mentioned? It’s already active – click “Refer & Earn” in the navigation menu to learn more. Unfortunately, though, there’s not a lot of information displayed on the website right now, whether on that page or in the Help Center.
All we’ve been told so far is that you can get a share of whatever your friends make from successfully entering contests. That seems to be 10%.
How does it work in practice? Well, there are no PUNTR referral bonus codes involved. Instead, your buddies must sign up through the unique URL found on your Refer & Earn page. You can either link them to the home page, or directly to the registration form – it’s your choice.
This page also lets you track important statistics, like how many people clicked your links, the total number of referred signups and your current balance.
There isn’t a loyalty program yet, but I know there’s something in development, as you can see non-functional elements on the site.
At the top of the screen, you’ll no doubt spot the “Iron 120” icon alongside a pulldown menu. Click this, and it expands out, showing “Level 120”, an XP progress chart and some other information.
Now, clearly I didn’t make it to level 120 that quickly, so this is obviously for illustrative purposes. We don’t yet know when it will go live.
When the loyalty program eventually launches, it remains to be seen how it will actually work. PUNTR can’t award XP as a deposit bonus, since there isn’t a wallet to fund – entries are purchased on demand as you submit your slips.
I’d imagine XP will be gained as you take part in contests, with points linked to the size of your entry fee. But until we hear something official, this is nothing more than an educated guess.
Two reasons. First, the site is still incredibly new. When I put this PUNTR review together, the site appeared to be in a soft launch phase. Some elements weren’t entirely functional, and there appears to have been little noise made online about its release.
As the brand becomes more comfortable with the results of its testing, and new features are added, the likelihood of seeing bonuses and promotions increases. It doesn’t make sense to go full throttle on marketing if parts of the site aren’t even live yet. If they’re going to do it, it’ll come later.
The second reason is just the nature of the site. If PUNTR were a casino, bonus codes would probably be splashed all over the place – free spins, cashback rebates, reload promos, etc. But it’s not – it’s a simple sports-based skill game. There’s not really much room to get creative with bonuses.
Despite this, there’s already a regular contest that’s completely free for anyone to enter – Daily Flex. With a $65 prize pool up for grabs every 24 hours, that means Puntr is giving away nearly $24,000 a year.
On top of that, there’s a loyalty program in the works, plus the Refer & Earn scheme is already up and running. So we can’t really complain about the relative lack of bonuses and promotions.
Before wrapping things up, I just want to make a few things clear about PUNTR. Be sure to read the following information before you register.
PUNTR contests require you to add teams or individual players to a “pick slip”. These selections display odds, like you’d see in a sportsbook – the bigger the odds, the larger your potential win. Adding more picks also increases the multiplier, just like a sports betting parlay.
However, you’re not placing bets. Your pick is not an actual parlay. It’s entered into a pool, where you compete against other players to secure the biggest win multiplier. That’s how prizes are determined. The mechanics are innovative, but PUNTR is like a skill-based game rather than sports betting.
Although you’re not placing sports bets, you do still play for money. Well, you don’t have to, as there’s always a free-to-enter Daily Flex contest running – this is available in all 50 US states.
However, the other option is Paid Flex, a real money game where entry fees range from $10 to $500. Whichever price point you chose, you’ll be matched against other players in the same bracket. The best performing player wins the lion’s share of the prize pool.
There’s no PUNTR promo code for new players in 2026. The site is still in its soft launch phase, so that might change in future. But for now, you won’t get any kind of welcome bonus.
If you’re looking to enter contests for free, Daily Flex is the way to go. There’s $65 in prizes every 24 hours, with $35 going to the winner.
Although PUNTR doesn’t have a signup bonus, the Daily Flex game is free to enter as soon as you join. $65 must be won every single day, with $35 heading to the player with the biggest multiplier.
I can’t say for sure that a proper welcome package will ever be introduced. But there’s no reason why PUNTR couldn’t do it if it wanted to. There’s no law against it, and some competing sites reward new users with bonuses.
However, because the site is still in its infancy, there’s a chance we’ll see a promo code for PUNTR eventually. And if that happens, this page will be updated. In the meantime, take advantage of the Refer & Earn program, along with the free-to-play Daily Flex contest.

PUNTR doesn’t have a welcome bonus, so there isn’t a promo code for newcomers. However, you can enter the free-to-play Daily Flex game immediately upon joining the site, to try and win up to $35.
The only active bonus is the “Refer & Earn” program, which offers 10% of whatever your friends make from playing games at PUNTR. A loyalty program is in the works, but it’s not been launched yet.
Hopefully, but there’s not been any official confirmation yet. It’s perfectly legal for pick’em platforms like PUNTR to provide welcome bonuses, and other brands do it, so let’s see what the future holds.
Every single day, PUNTR runs a free five-pick contest with a $65 prizepool. Whoever has the biggest win multiplier at the end of the 24-hour countdown wins the $35 top prize. The Daily Flex Leaderboard lets you track your progress.
No, because PUNTR doesn’t work that way. It’s not like a sportsbook or casino, where you deposit US dollars into an account before playing. Instead, you just pay for each individual Flex Play slip at the point of entry.
