Wait times consistently exceeded an hour, and in some cases, I never received a response at all. For something labeled “live” support, it’s anything but quick or helpful.
The chat interface itself is poorly designed. Instead of appearing in a small, unobtrusive window, it takes over your entire screen – forcing you to stop whatever you’re doing just to interact with it. It’s disruptive and makes multitasking almost impossible.

As some other BucksJet reviews have pointed out, this sweepstakes casino has a “VIP Club” with nine levels, and to progress through them, you need to collect points. However, the site doesn’t explain how those points are received – which makes the whole system confusing from the start.
As for rewards, they are pretty underwhelming. You get a small amount of Sweeps Coins for leveling up – just 0.20 SC and 0.30 SC for the first two tiers – and a slightly reduced fee on SC prize redemptions. That’s about it. If that’s the full extent of the benefits, it’s a stretch to call this a true VIP experience – and it does little to improve my overall BucksJet rating.
