If you’re anything like me, then you’ll love nothing more than exploring new sweepstakes casinos. That’s why, as soon as I heard about LuckyZino, I just had to take a peek. After doing so, I pieced together this LuckyZino review.
LuckyZino is one of the new kids on the block, but don’t let that fool you. I stumbled across one of the biggest welcome bonuses I’ve seen in years, and it kept getting better from there. Honestly, if you’re looking to add a new site to your rotation, this is one for the books.

To kickstart your gaming venture at LuckyZino, you’ll receive a one-off welcome bonus and an optional pack of Gold Coins with a discount. I mentioned at the outset that the LuckyZino bonus is one of the biggest around, and I don’t say that lightly. The average sign-up bonus is around 100,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 2 Sweeps Coins (SC), but the offer here is off the charts.
After opening an account, you will get 12,000,000 GC and 2 SC. Yep, you heard that right – 12 million Gold Coins just for turning up and creating an account. I didn’t believe it at first, so I jumped on the live chat and had it confirmed. It’s one of the best bonuses that you’ll claim on the site. Whether you’re a casual player or a high roller, you should be able to have some awesome gaming sessions with it.
It’s worth noting that Gold Coin bundles are completely optional. They are in no way pushed on you, but they are available as an optional extra. If you decide to go for it, then you can choose from one of the first GC purchase deals:
| GC Pack Cost | Gold Coins | Free Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| $9.99 | 25,000 GC | 25 SC |
| $29.99 | 70,000 GC | 70 SC |
| $69.99 | 150,000 GC | 150 SC |
| $99.99 | 200,000 GC | 200 SC |
| $299.99 | 450,000 GC | 450 SC |
| $999.99 | 1,500,000 GC | 1,500 SC |
When you open an account, you will automatically be placed at Tier 1, which requires 0 points to unlock. There are another 5 tiers to climb through, each containing exclusive bonuses and benefits. However, the offers only kick in from Tier 2, which includes:
To accumulate points, you will need to interact with the site. This includes playing casino-style games, buying bundles of Gold Coins, and participating in special events that are hosted online. Just note that there may be a small delay in your points refreshing, but they will be updated after a short period of time.
Here are the current VIP program requirements to unlock each tier:
You have heard about the bonuses. Now, it’s time to see what you can do with your promotions. Right now, there are around 830+ casino-style games available at LuckyZino. It’s not the biggest selection we have seen, but it’s expanding all the time. Just like most sweepstakes casinos when they started, there’s a modest-sized lobby, but one that packs a punch. I found 30+ providers on the list, including 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, ICONIC21, and Evolution.
Naturally, my eyes were caught on the slots collection at first, which has some of the most popular titles around. A few of the slots I tried were Blood Eternal, Starbarks, Dragon’s Disciple, and Fu Dao Wealth. It’s not just about the slots here, though. There’s also a variety of arcade-style games, live dealers, and other specialty games.
To enter the site, you need to create an account. This can be done by providing your email address or selecting the Google or Facebook buttons. In all honesty, I felt that this was a bit sneaky. There is absolutely no information about what LuckyZino is without opening an account. This means that you need to join blindly, without knowing if the game lobby appeals to you. It’s an easy fix, though. I’d like to see a brief overview on the landing page, maybe offering a highlight of some games and a hint of the promotions.
Beyond that, I was pleased with what I found. The website has a bold purple color theme with complementing gold accents, featuring a cute fox character. Quite quickly, it reminded me a lot of my Quickmilly review. If you like an immersive gaming experience, you’ll wanna turn the sound up to appreciate the background music, which adds another layer to the gameplay session.
The intuitive navigation works well, especially the game filters. You can locate games by category, title, provider, and theme, for example. Whether you’re using a mobile or desktop device, the site works effortlessly. Admittedly, I did experience a couple of loading delays, but I’m giving some grace here considering it’s a new operator.
Like many other sweepstakes casinos, you can pick up optional bundles of Gold Coins and work towards a real-world prize redemption. Now, both of these features require payment methods. So, I wanted to make sure that there were lots of options that would suit a range of players. Let’s face it, accumulating eligible SC for redemptions is great. Not so great if there aren’t any methods that work for you.
Focusing on GC bundles for a moment, you will have a lengthy list of options to choose from. I found that most credit/debit cards are accepted, including the popular options like Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay, which is particularly great if you’re on a mobile device. All payments are processed instantly, so there’s no waiting time.
As for SC redemptions, it works just like the process I explained in my Victory Rush review. Just make sure that your bank account matches the name on your account; otherwise, it’ll be rejected. Also, only Sweeps Coins that have been won through Promotional Play can be redeemed once you have collected at least 100 eligible SC. The only downside to prize redemptions is that if you choose a cash prize, it’ll only be delivered through AptPay via bank transfer. On the other hand, there are gift card prizes available if that doesn’t suit you.
Other conditions to note include:
What stood out to me is that while the website is inaccessible without an account, the live chat works 24/7. So, if you’ve got any pre-registration questions, you can chat to a real human. No AI bots in sight, just real people who are ready to help. I’ve tested the live chat a few times directly, and I was connected with someone within a minute or so, every single time. Admittedly, I was always sent a message that felt copied and pasted, but it was detailed and answered the question, so I didn’t mind.
Alternatively, there’s a support email available. If you prefer to send an email to the team instead of waiting around, then you can fire away at [email protected]. If your email is a complaint of some sort, make sure that it’s sent within 14 days of the event. Fingers crossed, though, that you won’t have to send any of those.
If you prefer to seek answers yourself, there’s a FAQ section for this. Load the live chat bubble, and you will find a search bar along with a list of topics and articles. Here, you’ll find commonly asked questions for most basic issues, including account management, promotions, technical issues, and more.

Whenever I review a new sweepstakes casino, I make sure that it’s legitimate. After all, I’m not about to recommend a platform that has any red flags or question marks above it. This is exactly what you would have seen in any of my other reviews, including the recent Mybets.us review. LuckyZino was no different, and I left no stone unturned.
First of all, I was satisfied that the operator’s details are transparent. It’s operated by Silver Rhino LTD, which is a Cyprus-based company. It’s always a good sign when a site offers up these details, so it’s reassuring to say the least.
To help keep you in control, there are all manner of tools. For instance, you can request to take a break, as well as set time limits for your sessions and limits on your GC package purchases. You can also find a list of tips on how to manage your gameplay and how to tell if it’s getting unhealthy. As you can see, LuckyZino cares about you enjoying the site, so there’s a range of tools and support organizations at hand.
After hearing a lot of whispers about LuckyZino, I just had to get involved. I’m glad I did, because I’ve now found another platform for my rotation, which I’ll definitely be returning to. If anything, I’m keen to see how LuckyZino evolves. While the library is on the small side, it’s packed with most game types – slots, arcade games, and live dealers. To help you test the games, there’s one hell of a welcome bonus, too. If you’re up for testing the site, all you have to do now is click the promotional banners on this page.
No, I didn’t find an app during my review. I’m always on the lookout for how a site performs on mobile devices, just as I did in my Blitz.us review.
After opening an account, you will be given VIP status. The more games you play, the more points you’ll accumulate. As you do, you’ll level up and pick up bigger and better perks.
On average, your cash prize will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. However, your gift card should be emailed within 24-48 hours.
