The United States Lost At Baseball

Stupid Canada.

The Canadians’ baseball team won gold at the Pan American Games last night after a pickoff error in the 10th inning allowed two runs for a 7-6 win over the United States.

With one out and two men on, pitcher David Huff attempted to check Pete Orr at first, but the ball sailed into foul territory. Skyler Stromsmoe scored to tie the game at six, and Orr dove into home for the walkoff win.

Canada may have won this round, but Americans can take solace in the fact that Canada sucks and probably smells like maple syrup, but not in a good way. Go to hell, Canada, and take your gold medal with you.
