UFC Sacramento Betting: Three Sneaky Props Worth Considering
Finding good value when betting on the UFC is crucial for a healthy gambling account. Not only that, it keeps the average UFC gambler in check when being a complete degenerate.
This segment provides you an alternative form of seeing fights, altering your angles as a spectator and finding sneaky forms of making money with MMA.
Fluffy x Robocop Fight ends by Knockout (-110)
These two fighters are complete contrasts to each other. On one end, we have Anthony Hernandez, who’s a volume grappler averaging 5.88 takedowns per fight. He aims to drown his opponents with his wrestling, ultimately finding a late knockout or a decision.
On the other end, Robocop is an aggressive striker with 11 KO wins and power that competes with the top of the division. Ultimately, it doesn’t take much for Robocop to win if he’s fighting someone with a chin that isn’t in check.
Similarly to the strengths of the fighters, their weaknesses are also quite contrasting. Fluffy is a fighter that we’ve seen struggling with fighters that can land to the body and keep it standing, like we saw with Sean Strickland. If takedowns are defended and the fight stays standing, Fluffy may be in trouble.
Robocop, on the other hand, struggles with cardio, like we saw against Jared Cannonier. Perhaps it’s the large weight cut and the intense amount of effort to find the KO blow, though it is something that could become an issue against a cardio heavy Fluffy.
Ultimately, the contrasts lead to either a late round TKO from Fluffy or an early round clean knockout from Robocop.
Mario Barbosa by R1 KO (-150)
You may look at the line and believe it’s not appealing enough, especially for a Round 1 knockout. With just a tad more research, you realize he has 15 knockouts with all of them coming inside the very first round. Barbosa’s power may be the most brutal EVER for a UFC Featherweight and right now, people don’t seem to understand it as he’s only on his second fight for the promotion.
Barbosa, at this moment, could hypothetically become UFC Champion today if he lands one clean shot on current champion Alexander Volkanovski. While the claim may sound absurd, it will make sense Saturday night.
Reinier de Ridder by SUB (+270)
Two BJJ specialists are going head to head in this one, both moving up from the middleweight debut. People look at RDR and see his losses to Allen and Borralho, two of the hardest fights in the weight class. RDR, a year ago, was knocking out Bo Nickal with a knee against the fence. Later, he defeated Whittaker over 5 rounds. Of course, he has slowed down but perhaps the weight cut was taking its toll.
On the other hand, Dolidze has been past his prime now for a while. Since 2023, he’s 3-2 in the UFC, going back and forth between 205 and 185, though his current two fight losing streak has led me to believe that his body isn’t holding up as much as it once did.
When you compare it with RDR, whose losses are primarily due to health and weight cuts, there is a bigger confidence, especially considering we’ve seen him become a Light-Heavyweight champion in other organizations against stronger opponents.
Personally, I could see the physicality from RDR and his superior skill being combined together to find the submission over Dolidze.
