A Bunch Of West Ham Fans Attack Manchester United's Bus, Delaying Game
Photo via [object Object] Right now, West Ham and Manchester United should be well into a crucial Premier League match, the final one at West Ham’s famed Boleyn Ground stadium. Instead, police postponed the game for 45 minutes because West Ham fans went crazy United’s team bus:
As the bus was making its way into the stadium, the many Hammers fans attending their stadium’s send-off obstructed its path. As police sought to clear the way, fans started hurling bottles and other projectiles at the bus:
Police eventually thinned the crowd by using smoke bombs:

United asked for the kickoff time to be pushed back to allow the team a period to warm up before the game, which they were granted. The match will now start at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
