Adrien Broner Tries To Call Out Floyd Mayweather, Turns Self Into Laughingstock

A D.C. crowd featuring mayor Muriel Bowser and Steve Francis scornfully mocked Adrien Broner after the boxer clumsily tried to call a ringside Floyd Mayweather Jr. back into boxing.

Broner, who is a dick, defeated Ashley Theophane but lost his junior welterweight title anyway due to his inability to make weight. Broner’s post-fight interview eventually came around to his spotting of Mayweather and an attempt to lure the retired misogynist and woman-beater back into the ring. The crowd responded with a mix of jeers, boos, and laughter. Broner’s entourage then hustled him out of the arena and to Cincinnati, where he’ll face felony assault charges Monday.
