Alabama's Latrell Wrightsell Jr. out for game with head injury

Wrightsell was hurt while defending Gabe McGlothan of the Lopes with 6:36 left in the first half.
Wrightsell was called for a foul on the play as he appeared to bump his head on the elbow of McGlothan.
The play happened in front of the Crimson Tide bench, and Alabama players were quick to assist the fallen Wrightsell, who missed four games late in the season due to a concussion.
In addition, he took a blow to his nose in the first-round victory over Charleston on Friday. Wrightsell had two points in 11 minutes before exiting.
Wrightsell entered the game with a 9.3 scoring average and a stellar 44.9 percentage from 3-point range (66 of 147). He played three seasons at Cal State Fullerton before transferring to Alabama after last season.
The Crimson Tide held a 38-30 halftime lead.
