Alcides Escobar Made One Hell Of A Double Play

Royals shortstop Alcides Escobar can do a lot of cool things in the field, and last night he turned in his first stunner of this season.

The catch is great, but please appreciate how quickly Escobar manages to get back on his feet, set himself, and fire a one-hopper to first for the double play. That’s what we call throwing the dick off the ball.
