Alex Ovechkin Hides Behind Referee, Pops Out, Scores 

The Capitals are putting the finishing touches on a dominant Game 3 win over the Flyers tonight in Philly to go up 3-0 in the first round. Philadelphia scored first, but the Capitals scored six straight to take a 6-1 lead. Washington’s second came from Alex Ovechkin, who hid behind a linesman before snapping in a hell of a shot.

Later in the second period, Brooks Orpik took this nasty hit from Ryan White and had to get helped off the ice. It’s been that sort of series so far.
