Anderson Silva to fight Tyron Woodley on Jake Paul card

Jake Paul V Anderson Silva MMA icons Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley are entering the boxing ring on the main card of next month's Jake Paul-Anthony Joshua fight, Most Valuable Promotions and Netflix announced Friday.
Silva and Woodley booked a six-round cruiserweight bout contested at 195 pounds at the Kaseya Center in Miami on Dec. 19. Woodley replaces Chris Weidman, who withdrew due to injury.
The 50-year-old Silva is 3-2 in the boxing ring with two wins by knockout. The Brazilian known as "The Spider" is a former UFC middleweight champion who set the record for the longest title reign in UFC history at 2,457 days (2006-13).
Woodley, 43, has lost both of his previous professional boxing matches. He is a former UFC welterweight champion who successfully defended his title four times.

Also on the main card, undisputed super featherweight champion Alycia "The Bomb" Baumgardner (16-1, 7 KOs) will face Leila Beaudoin (13-1, 2 KOs).
