Andrew Shaw Took A Puck To The Face

With just about four minutes remaining in the first period of Game 6 in Boston, Shawn Thornton fired a shot into the Chicago zone that deflected off Andrew Shaw's stick and into his face, leaving blood on the ice. He went down immediately and stayed down for some time before eventually skating off.

It may not have prevented the hit entirely, but it's worth noting that Shaw was not wearing a visor.
