The deal runs through June 2026 and includes an option for a permanent transfer to the Primera A side.
Mosquera, 24, had five goals and two assists in 56 MLS matches (10 starts) since joining the Five Stripes in 2022.
He arrived in Atlanta from Colombia's Deportivo Independiente Medellin as a U22 initiative signing.
