Awful-Sounding Kings Fan Files Police Report Against Corey Crawford
According to TMZ, a 27-year-old Los Angeles man filed a battery report against Blackhawks goalie Corey Crawford, alleging that Crawford squirted him with a water bottle while being pulled late in Monday's Game 4.
Read the account and tell me who you think the horrible person is here:
TMZ Sports spoke with Clark Wong who says he was sitting behind the Blackhawks bench — and was heckling Crawford — when the goalie was pulled from the game toward the end of the 3rd period. That's when Crawford — who's in the middle of a 6-year, $36 MILLION contract — allegedly whipped out a water bottle and blasted him right in the face. Wong says he believes the bottle was filled with backwash — along with water — and it has caused serious irritation to his eyes. Wong says he's going to a doctor to get his eyes checked.
TMZ cites a league source that says Wong was ejected from the Staples center soon after—and only then started complaining that his eyes hurt.
Anyway, players, don't physically interact with fans; fans, leave the assholishness to a minimum; and Clark Wong, I hope the outside chance at a payoff is worth all the attention you're about to get.
