Mandatory Credit: Chris Jones-Imagn Images Cameron Carr poured in 24 points, 17 of them in the first half, as Baylor used two huge runs at the end of the first half and midway through the second on the way to a 113-56 win over hapless Alcorn State on Friday in Waco, Texas.
The Bears (8-2) led by 25 points at halftime after a late 14-0 run, but they really put the game away by scoring 23 straight points over a five-and-a-half-minute span in the second half, stretching their lead to 84-34 with 12:20 remaining.
