Baylor freshman G Ja'Kobe Walter declares for NBA draft

"I think I'm the best shooter in the draft," he told Stadium.
Walter, 19, was the Big 12 Freshman of the Year and a third-team All-Big 12 selection in 2023-24.
He averaged 14.5 points and 4.4 rebounds and shot 34.1 percent from 3-point range in 35 games (all starts).
The 6-foot-5 shooting guard is ranked No. 12 among ESPN's top 100 prospects for the June 26-27 NBA Draft.
