Mandatory Credit: David Banks-Imagn Images Chicago Bears top wide receiver Rome Odunze has been ruled out of Sunday's pivotal NFC North showdown against the host Green Bay Packers with a foot injury.
Odunze, who did not participate in practice throughout the week, will miss his first game of the season.
DJ Moore, rookie Luther Burden III and Olamide Zaccheaus likely will be in for more work in the absence of Odunze, who leads the Bears in catches (44), receiving yards (661) and receiving touchdowns (six).
Odunze, 23, had just two catches for eight yards in Chicago's 24-15 win over the Philadelphia Eagles last Friday.
Linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II (shoulder) and cornerback Tyrique Stevenson (hip) also were ruled out by the Bears (9-3) for Sunday's game against the Packers (8-3-1).
However, running back Kyle Monangai (ankle) is off the injury report, as are defensive back Jaylon Johnson (groin), linebackers T.J. Edwards (hand/hamstring) and Noah Sewell (elbow) and defensive linemen Andrew Billings (concussion) and Dominique Robinson (concussion).
