Big3 League Is Investigating Allen Iverson's No-Show
Photo: Streeter Lecka/ [object Object] The Big3 league said it is investigating Allen Iverson’s absence after the Hall of Famer failed to show up for a game in Dallas on Sunday.
Never known for reliably showing up on time—or even showing up at all—Iverson, far and away the biggest star of the whole thing, skipping the Dallas game is undoubtedly a blow for the fledgling league.
Listed as a player and a coach for the team 3s Company, Iverson has mostly stayed on the sideline since the league launched in June. Each week, the league’s eight teams travel to a different city around the country. The week before Dallas, Iverson was with his team in Chicago, where he was photographed gambling at a casino, per TMZ.
