In his fourth game since being acquired from the Vancouver Canucks, Beauvillier caught a piece of the opening goal for his first Blackhawks marker and point.
Jason Dickinson potted his ninth and Alex Vlasic also scored for Chicago. Nikita Zaitsev delivered two assists.
Petr Mrazek saved 38 shots as Chicago won for the first time at home against the Blues since Nov. 26, 2021.
Chicago won within its division for the first time (1-6-1) and is 2-0-1 in its four-game homestand that concludes Sunday against the Washington Capitals.
St. Louis' Oskar Sundqvist scored a late short-handed goal and goalie Jordan Binnington made 21 saves as the visitors lost their third straight match and are 2-5-0 in their past seven.
In the second matchup, both in Chicago, of the four meetings between the division rivals, the Blackhawks played the better game from the puck drop.
After two early penalties that led to brief power plays for each club and some four-on-four action, center Cole Guttman whipped a blind, cross-ice pass to a trailing Zaitsev. While battling out front with Blues defenseman Scott Perunovich, Beauvillier had Zaitsev's shot strike his left shoulder and go in at 4:43.
Nearly five minutes later, Vlasic made it 2-0 by using a screen to nail a long shot near the blue line for his first goal this season and second of his career.
The only tally in the second period occurred at 14:52 when Zaitsev found Dickinson charging in from the weak side and slid a pass that the third-line center tapped in to match his season-high in goals.
Inside the game's final four minutes, Sundqvist scored for the third time on the club's seventh short-handed tally at 16:31 to spoil the shutout bid.
Blackhawks center Ryan Donato (illness) missed his first game this season and was replaced by Reese Johnson.
