Bob Costas To Apologize For Epically Raw Burn On Pedro Strop

Bob Costas will apologize to Pedro Strop for launching into an inexplicable, hilarious, and just plain dirty burn on the Cubs reliever after Strop’s poor outing Friday night.

Costas opined that Strop must be asking a dead relative for forgiveness for that “atrocious performance” after getting yanked for allowing a home run and two baserunners in the eighth inning against the Cardinals.

Costas told the Daily News his comments came across “a bit more harshly” than intended.
