Bob Suter, a defenseman who won Olympic gold with the 1980 U.S. "Miracle on Ice" hockey team and father to the Minnesota Wild's Ryan Suter, died today of a heart attack at the Capitol Ice Arena in Middleton, Wis. He was 57.
