Braves erupt for 4 runs in 10th, top Twins

Mandatory Credit: Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports Ramon Laureano went 3-for-5 with a double and two RBIs and the Atlanta Braves outlasted the Minnesota Twins for an 8-6 win in 10 innings on Tuesday night in Minneapolis.
Michael Harris II went 2-for-5 with a homer and two RBIs for Atlanta, which won for the eighth time in the past 10 games. Marcell Ozuna finished 2-for-4 with a double and a pair of RBIs.
Trevor Larnach went 3-for-6 with a double and three RBIs to lead the Twins. Matt Wallner, Edouard Julien and Jose Miranda added one RBI apiece for Minnesota, which lost its third game in a row.
Braves right-hander Raisel Iglesias (4-1) pitched 1 1/3 innings of scoreless relief for the win.
Twins reliever Jhoan Duran (6-8) took the loss, giving up four runs (three earned) on four hits in one-third of an inning.
The Braves broke the game open with four runs in the top of the 10th. Matt Olson drove in the first run with a fielder's-choice grounder to second, and Travis d'Arnaud made it 6-4 in the next at-bat with an RBI single to center.
Laureano capped the big inning with a double to center to drive in both Olson and d'Arnaud.
The Twins scored two runs in the bottom of the 10th on RBI singles by Miranda and Larnach.
Atlanta seized a 2-0 lead in the second. Olson led off with a double to left and, one out later, Harris followed with a two-run shot to right.
In the fifth, Atlanta scored two more runs to pull ahead 4-0. Ozuna stepped up to the plate with the bases loaded and two outs, and he ripped a two-run single to left.
Minnesota cut its deficit to 4-3 in the seventh.
Willi Castro hit a leadoff single, and Larnach drove him in moments later with a double to left. Wallner then hit a single to right to drive in Larnach, and Julien doubled to right in the next at-bat to drive in Wallner from first.
The Twins made it 4-4 in the eighth. Castro hit a two-out double, and Larnach delivered again in the next at-bat with an RBI single to even the score.
