LOS ANGELES -- Milwaukee Brewers right fielder Jackson Chourio left Game 3 of the National League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday in the seventh inning with a right leg injury.

Chourio fouled off a pitch into the stands against Dodgers right-hander Blake Treinen and immediately left the batter's box favoring his right leg. After a quick visit from the Milwaukee training staff, he hopped back to the dugout and was replaced by Blake Perkins, who struck out with the Brewers trailing 3-1 in the game and 2-0 in the best-of-seven series.

Chourio, 21, batted .270 with 21 home runs and 78 RBIs in 131 games this season. He was 8-for-25 (.320) with two home runs and eight RBIs over his first seven playoff games, before going 0-for-4 on Thursday.

Chourio came away from Game 1 of the NL Division Series against the Chicago Cubs with a slight right hamstring strain.
