Reynolds hadn't played since Oct. 6, landing on injured reserve following Week 5. He had practiced over the past three weeks but was coming to the end of his 21-day practice window.
In five games (one start) with Denver this season, Reynolds hauled in 12 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown.
Reynolds, 29, has 232 receptions for 3,116 yards and 20 TDs in 112 career games (54 starts) with the Los Angeles Rams (2017-20), Tennessee Titans (2021), Detroit Lions (2021-23) and Broncos (2024).
Denver is 8-5 as it heads into its bye week.
