Browns Fan Charged With Urinating On Art Modell's Grave
He thought it would be a funny video for his message board. He wasn't wrong, but that's the thing about internet videos: sometimes Baltimore County police watch them, and charge you with disorderly conduct in a cemetery.
In a release, BCoPD have identified the alleged pisser as Paul S. Serbu, 61, of Franklin, Ohio (that's Bengals territory?), less than a month after someone posted a video to Youtube that appeared to show Serbu urinating on the grave of Art Modell, who moved the original Browns to Baltimore. ("As far as pissing on your grave," the man identified as Serbu said in the video, "I had no choice.")
The very specific charge of disorderly conduct in a cemetery is a misdemeanor, and carries a maximum possible sentence of two years in jail and a $500 fine.
