Browns Learn That Videos Can Indeed Be Old
Browns cornerback Joe Haden hasn’t played since Week 8, when he suffered his second concussion of the season. The Browns were 2-6 after that loss to the Cardinals; they’re now 3-10. Though Haden was reportedly near the end of his concussion protocol, he didn’t play in Sunday’s game against the 49ers. Today, his Facebook page published a video today of him dunking.
The caption reads “Hey Cleveland Cavaliers, need a PG?” The video was deleted. Haden’s dunks aren’t bad:
Browns head coach Mike Pettine addressed the video today, and said that based on the information he had, Haden’s dunking video wasn’t recorded recently.
Johnny Manziel was right! (Just not about his video.) Haden posted the dunks to Instagram over two years ago. Even if the clip was new, however, the Browns are 3-10. There’s no real reason to rush Haden back to the field.
