Foreman, 28, was immobilized on a backboard after an injury during a punt drill at training camp in White Sulphur Spring, W.Va. The team said that he sustained a direct blow to the head that resulted in neck pain.
"The Browns athletic training staff deployed their standard emergency action procedures to immobilize Foreman," the team said.
