Butler Beats Gonzaga Thanks To A Miraculous Final Four Seconds

After a traveling call ended what should have been Butler's last chance to overcome a one-point deficit at Hinkle Fieldhouse against eighth-ranked Gonzaga, a turnover with 3.5 seconds remaining led to an off-balance Roosevelt Jones shot that found the basket and delivered Butler's Bulldogs a 64-63 win that preserved their undefeated home record and prompted a legitimate, warranted storming of the court.

Jones's shot came with less than 1/60 of a second remaining in the game.

It came hours after a College GameDay stunt earned a Butler student $18,000 after he swished a half-court shot on his first attempt.

Be sure to watch Butler coach Brad Stevens after the shot goes in. He's seen this sort of nonsense before. [ESPN]
