Luis Robert Jr. and Corey Julks homered for the White Sox, who dropped to 5-27 on the road.
Mariners reliever Ryne Stanek (4-1) gave up two singles but struck out the side in the top of the ninth to earn the victory.
In the bottom of the inning, J.P. Crawford and Josh Rojas drew one-out walks off Jordan Leasure (0-2) before Julio Rodriguez lined a single to left to load the bases. Raleigh then hit a 2-0 fastball deep to right for his team-leading 12th homer of the season.
The Mariners rallied from a 4-0 deficit with four runs in the bottom of the eighth.
Canzone led off with a homer to center, spoiling Fedde's shutout bid and ending the right-hander's night. Fedde allowed the one run on five hits in seven-plus innings, walking one and striking out four.
Seattle quickly loaded the bases against reliever Michael Kopech, but Kopech fanned Rodriguez and Raleigh, with Mariners manager Scott Servais getting ejected for arguing a called third strike on the latter.
