Cardiff City Stuns Man City In First Premier League Home Game

Prior to its elevation to the Premier League this season, Cardiff City had not played in England's top division since 1962. On Sunday, Cardiff made its home debut with a 3-2 upset victory over 2012 champions and 2013 runners up, Manchester City.


Man City took a 1-0 lead in the 52nd minute and then Cardiff got started. Aron Gunnarsson put in the equalizer in the 60th minute. 20 minutes later Fraizer Campbell gave them the lead and salted it with his second goal in the 87th minute. Man City added one in extra time, but only one.
