Cardinals-Orioles game suspended due to rain, will resume Wednesday

The game will resume Wednesday at 11:15 a.m. CT and will be followed by the third game of the series.
The Cardinals took a 1-0 lead in the second inning. Alec Burleson singled to right with one out and advanced to second base on a groundout. Nolan Gorman hit a two-out double to center to score Burleson and give St. Louis the early lead.
The Orioles answered in the fifth inning. Kyle Stowers reached on a two-out single and advanced to second on an error by Gorman. Stowers came around to score on Jorge Mateo's double to make it 1-1.
