Cardinals' Stephen Piscotty Taken Off Field On Stretcher After Violent Outfield Collision [UPDATE]
Rookie Cardinals outfielder Stephen Piscotty is headed to a hospital after a collision in the seventh inning of tonight’s game against the Pirates left him motionless near the warning track for several minutes.
Piscotty and Peter Bourjos were both tracking a fly ball off the bat of Josh Harrison. Bourjos ended up catching the ball, but attention quickly turned to Piscotty’s condition. We’ll update as we hear more about it.
