CFL Player Jermaine Gabriel Carted Off After Blow To The Head
Toronto Argonauts defensive back Jermaine Gabriel left the field strapped to a cart after suffering an apparent head or neck injury while trying to make a routine tackle of former NFL return specialist Brandon Banks, who now plays for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Gabriel collided with a teammate while on punt coverage late in Toronto’s game against Hamilton at Exhibition Place. He did give a sign of moving his extremities as he left the field:
If more information on Gabriel’s condition becomes available, we’ll update this post.
